Tojiro Senkou knives uses up to 63 layers of beautiful damascus laminated steel, this process allows a thin central layer of VG-10 steel (Rockwell 60-62) to be extremely hard and sharp, leaving the blade flexible and strong. The comfortable handles feature a stainless steel inlay and are made from very durable Micarta (multi layers of linen & resin).
