Scanpan Classic is a squeeze cast aluminium cookware, designed and made in Denmark. It is guaranteed not to warp and will give fast and even heat distribution. The improved ceramic titanium GreenTek non-stick surface is 100% PFOA and PFOS free and is suitable for all utensils, including metal. It is ovenproof to 260C/500F. Dishwasher safe, but not recommended.

The Scanpan Classic Stove Top Grill has close ridges that allow even small items, such as prawns or strawberries to be grilled to perfection. It is a larger grill pan that is ideal for chargrilling all meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. Unlike cast iron versions this pan is very easy to clean, simply fill with water while still hot and the pan will 'steam' itself clean.
