Scanpan Classic is a squeeze cast aluminium cookware, designed and made in Denmark. It is guaranteed not to warp and will give fast and even heat distribution. The improved ceramic titanium GreenTek non-stick surface is 100% PFOA and PFOS free and is suitable for all utensils, including metal. It is ovenproof to 260C/500F. Dishwasher safe, but not recommended.

The Scanpan Classic Saute Pan is a high sided frying pan which is ideal shallow frying vegetables and meats. Can be used for many other dishesincluding paellas and risottos.
