Scanpan Fusion 5 Cookware is constructed of multi-layer stainless steel with a aluminium inner core on the body which gives superb and rapid heat distribution.The handles are cast stainless steel that stay cool longer and are secured with rivets. Fusion 5 is suitable for all heat sources, inlcuding induction, as well as oven use.

The Scanpan Fusion 5 Dutch Oven is a great pan for larger quantities of vegetables, or pasta, or for one pot casserole cooking. It is also suitable for making smaller quantities of home made stocks and soups.
