Benriner Turning Slicer

The Benriner Turning Slicer is the original Japanese spiralizer with razor sharp interchangeable blades for course, medium or fine shreding. 

The Benriner Turning Slicer comes with 4 blades
One blade is permanently fitted to the machine and allows the creation of spiral ribbons. Three further blades are included which can be interchanged, they include a 1mm fine blade for delicate raw Angel Hair vegetable spaghetti,
a 2.5mm blade and a 4mm coarse blade. Ideal for livening up those boring salads and essential for preparing ingredients for authentic Sushi or Sashimi dishes.
