FlapjacksRecipe submitted by sbDesserts Preparation Time: 10 Cooking Time: 25 Serves: 20pc Ingredients Margarine for greasing 175g margarine/butter 100g Soft light brown sugar 30ml/2 tbsp golden syrup 175g rolled oats MethodGrease a 28 x 18cm / 11 x 7 inch baking tin.Set the oven at 160C / GAS 3. Melt the margarine/butter in a large saucepan. Add the sugar and syrup and warm gently. Do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in the oats. Press into the prepared tin, then bake for 25mins or until firm. Cut into fngers while still warm and leave in the tin to cool.
